Key Personnel 

President/CEO - Thomas E. McKenna, PE possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Tulsa. Mr. McKenna has 19 years experience in building electrical infrastructure engineering and licensed in 9-states throughout the Midwest as a Professional Engineer. Extensive experience in Engineering and Construction Management was attained through time in the oil and gas industry designing compressor station control systems and implementing new SCADA technology integral with older 24 volt systems. He is the Electrical Engineer of Record and responsible for all “turn-key” engineering, design and construction managed projects.

Project Manager – Dave Woolman, EI possesses a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa. Mr. Woolman has 17 years experience in building infrastructure mechanical systems. His extensive experience in Project and Construction Management was attained through a large Architectural Engineering and Construction firm designing retail and commercial buildings throughout the contiguous United States. He is the Project Manager responsible for all construction administration and implementation on designated projects.

Architect of Record - Sean Pendley, RA, NCARB is the executive partner and actively involved in the program management and operations, quality assurance and business support services. Sean is an extraordinarily talented and versitile architect who has designed and managed the construction of award winning buildings for a wide variety of clients. Client comments of his work focus on the attractive design and well-thought-out functionality of the buildings. Mr. Pendley has a BSBA from the University of Oklahoma - 1995, and a licensed Architect. He also holds multiple licensure nationally and abroad.

Office Manager – Sherry Santee possesses Certificates in Business Accounting. Mrs. Santee has 24 years experience in business accounting and administration. Her extensive experience in Office Management was attained through a large Accounting firms dealing with accounts throughout the contiguous United States.

Marketing - Victoria McKenna has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Marketing and Management and leads Starr Design Group's government interface and networking. Victoria has extensive experience in public relations and maintains the companies visibility with local tribal and federal government entities. She is the main contact for marketing data, brochures, Form 330, TERO guidelines and events.

Professional Employee Organization – Thomas McKenna secures 50% Ownership in Allied Engineering Group, LLC that provides Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Consulting Engineering in and around Oklahoma since 2000. AEG offers a complete workgroup that can be dedicated to individual projects. The workgroup currently offers 12 licensed and unlicensed Electrical and Mechanical Engineers and designers.
